WPStatistics boke WooCommerce? Possible AJAX problem

So I downloaded WPStatistics about 2 weeks back and I’ve loved the amount of data and references I get from it!
The only problem which I noticed tonight being, it breaks my WooCommerce.

My site is a multi-site, 1 main blog and 1 WooCommerce subdomain. The WooCommerce subdomain wasn’t working functioning properly having issues where products wouldn’t add to basket, products couldn’t be removed from basket, the basket would always be empty and sometimes just adding two products from the main page they would replace each other in the basket. Basically the basket and thus checkout were broken and inoperable. By process of elimination (Deactivating plugins and trying the basket/checkout) I found that it’s WPStatistics
I don’t know exactly what would cause this but is there anything that would affect AJAX/WooCommerce/WooCommerce Storefront theme? I love the plugin and I don’t want to do away with it but a shop that can’t sell anything isn’t extremely useful.
