[wpcr_insert] creating 'ghosts' on product pages

Hi I am using WPMU for my shopping cart extension and have to manually enter the [wpcr_insert] code so the review option will show up with the products. However I get two review boxes, one clickable, one not clickable. I don’t know how to remove the ‘ghost’. any suggestions? I love this plug-in and hope it gets all polished soon! one of the best ones I have implemented.
