workers disappeared from Cloudflare after update

Well all seemed fine, then the workers created by the original install are now gone, and all sites connected to that worker account are all messed up…

how to recreate the worker and how to stop crap like this from happening again?

was able to reinstall and recreate the worker, but now we have to reconfig several hundred sites to use the new worker.. This is not a workable solution moving forward!

and now if we try to use the worker with other sites we get the following error

workers.api.error.duplicate_route (err code: 10020 )

Hi guys,
Try disabling the worker mode. Enable the page cache and then again enable the worker mode and enable page cache again.
Let me know if this solves your issue.

The issue is fixed, we will release the 4.3.7.2 version asap. We made test from 4.3.6 to 4.3.7.2, from 4.3.7 to 4.3.7.2 and from 4.3.7.1. to 4.3.7.2

yes todays release seems good so far.. more testing on our side needed to be sure, be we are seeing positive results!

@greggwatson we will release a new more optimized worker code version soon, that will automatically replace the worker code on CF (by simply disabling and enabling the page cache automatically).

How are your tests progressing?

I’m closing this issue ’cause many users told me that the new version has fixed this. Don’t hesitate to open a new topic in case of problems. Version 4.3.8 will be released today
