Could you try using this account recovery form, so we can help you regain access?

    Thanks!

My account is not gone. I can still access it on other browsers, just not on Chrome. Should I then still use the account recovery form?

Could you then try clearing out your cache and cookies in that browser, and let me know how it goes?
    Browser Issues

In my first message I mentioned that I have cleared my cache and deleted cookies, but that it didn’t work.

I have now done it again, but it still doesn’t work.

I have opened an incognito window in Chrome and there I can log in, but not in my normal Chrome browser where cookies are enabled.

Could you try deactivating any browser extension that may affect the way your cookies behave?

Thank you! I have disabled all extensions and by switching them on, one by one, I discovered that the Alexa Traffic Rank extension was the culprit. Everything works now the way it should.
