move PI directory wordpress is reachable. restore PI directory and try to enable the PI shows this:

Hello Stephan,
I’m testing this on the PHP 7.0.16 (so there is not great difference with your version) and I cannot replicate this issue. Plugin and WordPress are working correctly.
Can you please run plugin conflict test so we can exclude that something else is casing this problem?

Hi Stephan,
Best test is the manual test, deactivate your plugins and switch to default WP theme, after that activate Custom Sidebars and see if the issue is still there.
If not then start activating your other plugins one by one until the error shows up again.
Let us know with which plugin/theme the error is back and we can then investigate this further and see if there’s anything that can be done from our end to get these two playing nicely together.

I deactivated all PI replace my Theme with a Standard Theme but nothing of my steps give me success.

I downgrade PHP 7.1.2 to PHP 7.0.16 and everythings working fine. Something went wrong with “Could not gather sufficient random data…”

Glad to hear you managed to sort it in the end, if you don’t mind me asking so we can debug this further on our end, was this issue specific only to 7.1.2 and 7.0.15 PHP versions?

Hi,
not tested deep dive enough to give a clear statement. On my system I installed PHP using PLESK and I didn’t have a big choice which Version could I use.
I see this Problem only with v7.1.2.
