    Hi,
    I’m using the latest version of MaxButtons and it’s really great other than the fact that I can’t see any clicks statistics in wordpress statistics dashboard, why is that?

    Hi,

    What statistics are we talking about? The plugin doesn’t collect any statistics by default. There is support for Google Analytics in the PRO version however.

    Hi,
    In wordpress dashboard and in Jetpack statistics you can see how many times people clicked on links that direct you outside the site.
    If it’s a link W/O the MaxButtons I can see the clicks count If it’s a link that’s using the MaxButtons it doesn’t count it at the statistics.

    Ah so I guess that’s Jetpack then. WordPress itself doesn’t have any statistics. It might be interesting to look into this. How does Jetpack collect these statistics? I installed it, but so far I have to see any links tracked.

    It looks like Jetpack uses javascript similar to google to do the tracking. This means that principially there should be no difference between a regular links and a button since they are both links.

    @roeiofri is this resolved?

    Thanks,
