WordPress not sending me reset password

There is no link to the page I need help with. I am in the WP dashboard and am using Elementor to create me site. I have created 19 pages so far. Now when I am in the WP Dashboard and I click View Pages under Elementor, I am taken to a WP Log in Screen. It will not accept my user name nor password. So I click Forgot Password. I enter my email. I am told I will get an email. I go to the email and click the link in the email and I am taken to a WP Log in screen where I am told the link is invalid. I have tried this several times, but now, I don’t even get an email. I cannot work on website. Is there a phone number so I can speak to a human being about this?
