    You can’t change the look of the updates automatically shared on your Facebook Profile or Page when using Jetpack’s Publicize module. You can, however, change the name of the App displayed in Facebook updates created when using the Official Facebook sharing button that you can add to the bottom of your posts.

    To do so, you’ll need to use the jetpack_sharing_facebook_app_id filter, to use your own App ID. To use the filter, you can add the following in your theme’s functions.php file, or in a functionality plugin:

    function jeherve_custom_fb_app_id() {
        return '190102077773016'; // Use your own App ID here
    }
    add_filter( 'jetpack_sharing_facebook_app_id', 'jeherve_custom_fb_app_id' );

    You can read more about it here:
