WordPress error, Could not access dashboard.

When I tried to access any page of my website, it is showing ‘Errors in the Website”. I could not access the dashboard. It is showing the same message. I turned on the debugging option. You can see the errors by visiting my website URL also. Please help me. The main error message is:
