WordPress comments not showing when plugin is active

    Native wordpress comments disappear on my website as soon as I activate this plugin. When I deactivate it they reappear. I read the other similar topics but none of the suggested solutions helped. These are the errors I get from wp_debug:

    Strict Standards: Only variables should be assigned by reference in /home/zhivfchn/metalhall.net/wp-content/themes/MH402/comments.php on line 21

    Notice: Undefined variable: user_identity in /home/zhivfchn/metalhall.net/wp-content/themes/MH402/comments.php on line 58

    I’ve fixed both these errors, no debug shows nothing, but there are still no native comments.
