woosea_cron_hook cron schedule (daily)

    woosea_cron_hook runs every hour and is causing excess usage of admin-ajax.php.
    Can I set these to run once daily or will something break?

    The usage of admin-ajax.php is not caused by the woosea_cron_hook but by the “manage feed” page. Every 10 seconds it checks if the status of your feeds has changed and/or the percentage has to increase. Simply not leaving that page open will solve the issue at hand.
