    GoodDay!

    I reently created a new user for wordpresswoocommerce site, as SHOP MANAGER.

    But he couldnt login to woocommerce app, showing

    to use this app for www.*****.com you need to have a jet pack plugin setup and connected to a wprdpress acount

    while the administrator can login!

    is there any restrictions like what..? what may be causing the error??

    Hi, are you able to connect that account to Jetpack? You wouldn’t need to use Jetpack to administer the site, just to see stats and what not.

    If you need more help, could you send a link to the site?
