    Hi keas,

    Are there any errors coming up when someone creates a new order through WooCommerce? What version of the plugin are you using?

    Whenever an order gets added to WooCommerce, it should be created with an order number like so:

    “WC_post_id_random” where post_id is the ID for the WooCommerce order, and random is a random string attached to the order number in case a number later gets reused.
