• Hi,

Thanks a lot for this plugin, it looks like it will solve my main issue about tracking woo commerce transaction in Google Analytics.
Though, I don’t think it works for me.
Let me explain you the steps I took
    1. Upload duracelltomi-google-tag-manager-for-wordpress to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
    2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
    3. Go to Settings / Google Tag Manager and enter your Google Tag Manager container ID and setup additional options

Then I went to the Google tag manager and I create a new tag
    1. New tag type Universal analytics
    2. Enter GA tracking id
    3. Select transaction as track type
    4. Add a new rule event equals gtm4wp.orderCompleted
    5. Save

If I use the debugger and pretend I’m a user that will order something on the website, I don’t see the tag fired when I’m on the confirmation page including kasse/order-received/

Did I miss something? I’m pretty new to all the GTM tracking.

Thanks a lot for your help

    Hi,

Thoose are the correct steps when using “classic” tracking.
Could you share the URL of your website?
Also: is it possible to get (temporary) a read only access to your GTM container?

    Cheers,
    Thomas
