WooCommerce emails have incorrect date

    Hi,

    I have an issue with emails being sent with the wrong date in the subject line. It seems that you are using the UTC date and time and not the local time for the installation. If I disable HTML for woo commerce then the date used is correct. Can you please fix this. I tried rolling back to version 2.8.4 but the issue still persists, so I think the issue is in the woo commerce plugin, not the core plugin.

    Im using WP HTML Mail – WooCommerce v 2.8

    Also, WooCommerce Version is 3.5.3 in case that is the cause of the issue.

    Still no response to this issue. Considering this is for the paid version of your plugin, thats quite disappointing. Never received any response to emails sent from your website either.

    sorry for the delayed response. We are working on a solution and have found the issue.

    This problem will be resolved in the next patch.
