When sales aren’t being populated in Mailchimp reporting, it’s typically because there is a filter returning a false value for mailchimp_allowed_to_use_cooking with the term mailchimp_user_email. You will need to allow this cookie to be set to track revenue properly.
If you’re using a cookie plugin or have added the filter via custom development, you will need to modify the settings or code to properly report revenue in Mailchimp.

i don’t made any changes in plugin but i have customize the woocmmerce template files in theme. woocommerce customization can affect this?
Hi @kkctest2704, yes, there could be custom functions that are blocking these revenue amounts from coming in. Can you check your functions.php to see if any of those are present? Here is our Wiki article that goes into more detail about these edits.
