    Hello
My client is wanting to use shop categories on the front shop display, however, when using this option the categories are showing in a single column below one any another. How would one change this to me it a 3 Columns?

Please note: this is not to show products in 3 columns it’s to show the categories in 3 columns.

    Regards
    Shaye

    Hi Shaye,

If you could provide some more info then it might be easier to help. Is your site live and accessible, do you have link to where to see this issue in action?

How are you trying to create the columns? Via your theme, are you using a category block, and is that block a core WooCommerce block or added by a third party plugin?

Otherwise, if it’s the default Shop page, have you tried Appearance » Customize » WooCommerce » Product Catalog, and adjusted the displays and per row settings there?

How wide is the screen you’re viewing it on, is it wide enough to not potentially force a “Mobile view” that would stack rather than spread the images?

    Hi there

I looked into your site and it appears the page in question doesn’t display any products, but I looked for this one and this is what I saw:

I can also see you’re using the Kleanity theme which could affect how things are looking on the site. To test this theory, you can try and temporarily activate Storefront using the Healthcheck plugin or by creating a staging site.

    I hope this helps!
