Hi @userhwm,
I understand how frustrating it is when WooCommerce Analytics isn’t working as expected, and I appreciate you taking the time to report it.
We’ve looked into this on our side but haven’t been able to reproduce the issue so far. That said, another user experiencing a similar problem was able to resolve it by following the steps shared here:
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/typeerror-cannot-read-properties-of-undefined-reading-replace-2/#post-18761311When you have a moment, could you try the same workaround and see if it helps on your site?
If you’ve already tried it or it doesn’t resolve the issue, please let us know so we can troubleshoot further.
Hi Frank,
I tried to solve the problem as described by the user in the link.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t work for my site.Best regards
Hi @userhwm,
Thanks for checking that workaround and letting us know it didn’t resolve the issue. To help us dig deeper and try to reproduce the problem on our side, could you please share your SSR (System Status Report) from WooCommerce?
You can find it under WooCommerce → Status → Get system report → Copy for support. You can paste it here using https://pastebin.com/ or https://gist.github.com/.
Once we have that, we can continue troubleshooting further.
Hi,
here the link to my report: https://pastebin.com/gK3w7AkF
Hi @userhwm,
Thanks for sharing the system status report, I have reviewed it closely and I can see why this situation is frustrating when Analytics is not working as expected. I want to walk you through what stands out from the report and how we can move forward.
From the report, your WooCommerce installation is not currently running the latest available version. Since WooCommerce Analytics is tightly coupled with core WooCommerce updates, running an outdated version can lead to missing data, broken reports, or background processes not completing as expected. As a first step, please update WooCommerce to the latest stable version and then recheck Analytics.
After updating, it is important to confirm that background tasks are running correctly. WooCommerce Analytics depends on scheduled actions to generate and sync data. You can review this under Tools, Scheduled Actions, and check for any failed or pending actions related to analytics. You can learn more about this here https://woocommerce.com/document/understanding-the-woocommerce-system-status-report/scheduled-actions/.
If Analytics is still not loading after the update, the next step is to rule out conflicts. Please try a plugin conflict test by temporarily disabling all non WooCommerce related plugins, then check Analytics again. If it works, re enable plugins one at a time to identify which one may be causing the issue. A step by step guide is available here https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/.
Finally, if the issue persists, please enable WooCommerce logging and share any relevant logs you see, especially those related to analytics, REST API, or scheduled actions. Logs can be found under WooCommerce, Status, Logs, and should be shared using https://pastebin.com or https://gist.github.com so we can review them easily.
Once you have tried these steps, let us know how it goes and we will continue working through this with you.
Hello I am having the same problem.
I had the problem a week ago and it cleared up with the latest Woocommerce version. 5 days later it is happening again.

Hi @jthiret,
I understand that you have a somewhat similar problem.
However, per forum best practices and guidelines, it is advised that you create a new topic so that we can address your issue(s) separately: https://wordpress.org/support/forum-user-guide/faq/#i-have-the-same-problem-can-i-just-reply-to-someone-elses-post-with-me-too
You can create a new thread here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/#new-topic-0 and make sure to include as much information as you can.
