Try to disable other plugins, I have tested it last night at latest WP 3.9 version, and everything work as expected. Try to use it with regular theme, maybe there’s some additional issues with your theme.

I just installed a new site with 3.9.1 and it appears this plugin will not work with it. I do not get the button in editor . Will you be updating so it works with 3.9.1?

I tested it with 3.9.1, can you try to disable all other plugins and with some regular theme to check if you still have the issues?
I just downloaded this plugin and its not working, I don’t see any column button in the page editor. I deactivated the other plugins but still nothing.
