• Like many, many others have noted in these reviews, on GitHub, and through various forums, there is something seriously wrong with this plugin. I worked with MailChimp support, and the process was “do you have PHP 7? – yes – is mySQL the right version? – yes – then you’re just going to have to install it on a staging environment by itself and see if it breaks anything.”

    I don’t have time to do all of the troubleshooting for the MailChimp plugin team. You have multiple reports of errors, specifically on sync. Reach out, get all of the information possible, engage with those users, and find out what line of code is causing all of these issues.

    Moving on to another solution, which is a real shame since I’ve been using MailChimp forever.

    And before a MC support person replies “please send me your system status” etc, I’ve already done all of that.
