• Wonderpush JS is still loading on the front end, even though the feature is completely disabled.

I know there are already multiple threads about this. Many users are affected. A fix was promised, but the issue persists in the current version.

Loading unused scripts harms performance and creates unnecessary overhead. Please push out a fix for this as soon as possible.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

Thank you for raising this and you’re right that this issue has been reported by multiple users.

Here is what we know: the WonderPush script loading is controlled by two independent settings. One in the WordPress plugin (only visible if Web Push was previously activated) and one in your Brevo account under Push Settings -> Advanced Settings (https://app.brevo.com/push-settings/advanced-settings). Disabling both is intended to stop the script from loading.

However, we are aware that in some configurations, the script continues to load even after both settings are disabled. This is a known issue that our technical team is currently investigating. We do not have a confirmed workaround that works reliably in all cases at this time.

If you are affected, the most helpful thing you can do is open a support ticket directly via your Brevo account (“?” -> Support & tickets ) and include:

    • A screenshot of your Push Advanced Settings page (showing the toggle state)
    • A DevTools Network tab capture showing the script loading

This helps our team identify the specific configuration causing the issue and prioritize a fix.

We apologize for the inconvenience and will update this thread once a resolution is available.

    The Brevo Support Team
