    The chat only works for logged in admin users. I’ve selected that the plugin be accessible for guests. I’ve tried toggling the setting on and off, saving, resaving, etc. Nothing works.

    It looks like the server or another plugin may be restricting requests to admin-ajax.php, which could be causing the issue. Օur development team needs additional information to further investigate your case.
