Why is tooltip title text white?

We set div#ttcont .glossaryItemTitle { color: #333 !important;} as suggested in your help doc at https://creativeminds.helpscoutdocs.com/article/1045-cm-tooltip-glossary-cmtg-custom-css-styling

However, the titles are still white. Do you have any suggestions?
