Hello @johansnyman,

Just to be sure of something first, could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins -> and send a screenshot with everything you have installed related to Paid Member Subscriptions (make sure the plugin version can be seen)?

Hello @johansnyman,

My apologies for my previous reply. I should have mentioned that you can use a website such as: https://snipboard.io/ to send me the screenshots.

Please go to Paid Member Subscriptions -> Subscriptions -> and perform a filtration (right side filter-menu) based on Next Billing Date with a custom interval. The custom interval should be like:
- Start of interval – A few months in the past
- End of interval – Today’s date minus 30 days
Please send me a screenshot of the page after filtering.

IMPORTANT: Since this is a public forum, please make sure that you blur/hide any sensitive data.
As mentioned above, you can use a site like https://snipboard.io/ to share the screenshots.
