Why are post thumbnails not being displayed?

    Hey,

    thanks for reaching out! Although we had some issues regarding thumbnails – they should be fixed with the latest release. But then again, I noticed you are using our “Pinterest theme” that has quite a mind of its own. We are working on resolving that but in the meantime would you be so kind and see if the same problems appear when using a different theme?

    Hi Petra,

    No, the theme we use is called Suffusion.

    The problem only occurs on a few posts, and we have been unable to find a way to “fix” these posts.

    Previously we deleted the featured image, and then inserted the featured image again. This always “fixed” the problem and “connected” the related posts thumb to the 150 x 100 pixels version of the featured image.

    For some reason this procedure is not working anymore.

    Please advise.

    Hey,

    sorry I wasn’t clear enough – I was thinking about our plugin’s theme (“Pinterest”). We can check if that’s the issue if you could temporarily switch to any other theme (e.g. “Vertical (Large)”) and get back to me.
