Hi @ladybugsandbees,
Could you try deactivating/reactivating the plugin?
Then create a completely new test user and assign them the Wholesale Customer role.
Let me know how you go…
Cheers,
Josh
I did those things and neither worked. Remember this is on two separate sites that both stopped working so it is something to do with the product as they are totally unrelated other than having the same plug in.
Hi @ladybugsandbees,
Are you a premium customer? If so would be great if you could write into support and we can grab some login details.
In the meantime, could you please try testing this on one of the default themes like TwentySixteen and with all other plugins other than ours and WooCommerce disabled?
If its ok, then start by reenabling your theme, then reenable plugins testing inbetween to see if there is a conflict.
Cheers,
Josh
I am not a Premium member. I am using the basic free product. That’s why I am here.
I am not technical. I am a medical professional helping a friend with her website. There are two different themes being used on the two websites. Both have the same issue that occurred AT THE SAME TIME.
What is an issue is that it worked, was updated and now it doesn’t work. I am not messing with either site’s themes because they are both live sites. I cannot create any issues with the stores. The wholesale function (thankfully) is not live yet. We were just finishing up the final items and pricing.
Hi @ladybugsandbees
Would be great if you could write into support and we can grab some login details. Then we should be able to help further. Unfortunately without seeing the behaviour + how everything is configured its a bit hard to diagnose.
Just tell them Josh asked you to send the details and copy the URL to this thread into the message and the team will take care of you.
Cheers,
Josh
Shifting this to premium support… closed.
