Whole website theme got reset

    Hello! I downloaded Jetpeck and it changed my whole website. My navigation bar is gone and all the heading, fonts have been reseted to the old theme.

    I am very frustrated.

    Hi @juzudemlia,

    If Jetpack did indeed change your site’s appearance, you can deactivate and delete it from the Plugins page in your WP Admin. Alternatively, you can FTP into your site and remove the Jetpack plugin folder under wp-content > plugins.

    If you don’t know how to FTP into your site, you can ask your host for some guidance on this.

    I’m unsure of how Jetpack would change the cosmetics of your site, but if you’d like to troubleshoot this instead, we’d need to know your site’s address, so we can have a look. 🙂
