Where is my refund?

Over a month ago I requested a refund for the ELITE plugin. You suggested to help me with the plugin, but I refused because I actually found a better plugin which I am happy with. So, I stayed true to my request of a refund which was posted less than 14-days since purchase. You have promised a 14-day refund period in your marketing. But you have not refunded the cost and have not replied since.
