When using shortcodes ultimate then lightbox plus isn't working correct

If i use shortcodes ultimate for creating a gallery then I get this error:

I add the images and select “lightbox”

When I maximize an Image and then click on the close button ligtbox plus closes – but the image will be shown still fullsize.
Seems that it then changes to the build-in imageviewer which comes with wordpress instead of closing and going back to the gallery.

Seems to be an error by shortcodes, because using lightbox plus without the shortcodes works fine without errors.

Any suggestions?
