    I figured it out. You have to activate from the individual sites. All problems fixed. Thought I had tried it already but I’m pretty tired. This might be on your FAQ page or somewhere but I couldn’t find it. Really helpful to know.

    Hi @marisqa,

    I am having the same issue.
    I only activate via each site in multisite and when admin adds a file, it sends exactly the way you described in your original post.
    I also notice that NOTES do not get sent in the emails. I am at a loss on this one..

    Just wanted to let everyone know this has been fixed in the latest version. There is a check to see the database has been installed for each site.
