when using multisite, network or individually activate?

Do you want to network activate from network dashboard or individually activate from individual sites.

The emails users are currently getting are directing them to their documents like this:

http://myurl/subsite/wp-content/uploads/sp-client-document-manager//

And it goes to a very interesting page where you can click 4, 5, 6 etc and then open documents. But not to the file. Thanks.
