Hi,

I use Paid Memberships Pro – BuddyPress & BuddyBoss Add On. There is no mention of the BuddyPress Notifications tab in the BuddyPress Restrictions settings of the plugin. Members are consequently barred, by default, from reading the notifications they receive and end up on the Access Restricted page instead. This notably prevents them from joining groups when they are invited to. I am surprised because that defeats the whole purpose of BuddyPress.

What I am missing about Notifications and the PMP BuddyPress Restrictions settings?

I just figured that members can click in their social profile on the Accept button below the name of the group they are invited to. I subsequently deactivated Notifications in BuddyPress and will give members the proper indications to access groups.

Hi Jarryd,

My point is that the BuddyPress Notifications feature does not even appear in BP profile pages when BP is integrated with the PMP plugin. I will do without this feature.
