Weird Next-gen gallery issue

After upgrading easy fancybox, next-gen gallery and wordpress, I now have a weird occurrence of next-gen gallery being dropped into my wordpress galleries. I have 65 artist pages on claystudiotour.com…for example: http://claystudiotour.com/judy-nelson-moore/. The regular gallery shows at the top (8 images on one line). Then, the tiny thumbnails from the next-gen gallery show underneath, where previously it went directly into the artist statement text. I have been happily using easy fancybox to display the larger image in these galleries. I know it is probable that it is not your plugin that is causing this, but I thought I would see if you had any ideas to help me. Thanks so much.
