Weird log entry in apache log

Hi,

We’re getting this line in our apache logs:

File(E:\WWWRoot\<clientaddress>\www/wp-content/plugins/https://semperplugins.com/all-in-one-seo-pack-pro-version/) is not within the allowed path(s): (<allowed_paths>) in E:\WWWRoot\<clientaddress>\www\wp-admin\menu-header.php on line 219

It is running on a Windows machine with apache.

Where does the URL come from in the filepath?
