    Hi,

I have a client who is experiencing issues with her website. When the customer adds products to their carts, and go to the bag window, all of the options to select a country and all the options for the shipping location are shown without prompting. The customers can’t interact with the selections either. I’m by no means an expert, just know how to apply discount rules and create new products.

Worth contacting our IT? Or is it an easy fix I can do myself? Nothing has been changed in the past few days, therefore there is nothing to undo to fix this. :/

    Hi @jojojore,

Thanks so much for reaching out, and for sharing the screenshot. That’s super helpful!

I took a look at the checkout page on your client’s site, and I can see what you mean: all the country and parcel locker options are showing upfront, and customers aren’t able to interact with the selections: https://streamable.com/gkmn63. That’s definitely not how WooCommerce checkout is meant to behave, and I understand how confusing this must be for your client’s shoppers.

This kind of issue is often caused by a JavaScript conflict or caching behavior that prevents the checkout page from updating dynamically. Here are a few steps you can try to narrow it down:

    1. Temporarily switch to a default theme like Storefront and disable all plugins except WooCommerce. Then check the checkout page again. If the issue disappears, you can re-enable plugins one by one to find the culprit.
    2. I see you’re using LiteSpeed cache. Make sure the checkout page is excluded from caching. Cached pages can freeze dynamic elements like shipping selectors.
    3. If you’re using a plugin for parcel lockers (like Omniva or LP Express), double-check its settings. Some plugins have options to control when locker lists are loaded.

If you’re not comfortable running these checks yourself, it’s absolutely okay to loop in your IT team.

Let me know how it goes, and feel free to share any findings or questions. We’re here to make sure your client’s checkout experience runs smoothly.
