    Hello @saurabhgupta53

    I trust you’re doing well!

Please visit your site with this URI:
    yoursite.com/?avoid-minify=true

This URL will show a site without Asset Optimization. If all is well when visiting this page, changes made in Hummingbird > Asset Optimization are affecting teh site’s front end.

In this case, please reset the settings from Hummingbird > Asset Optimization > Settings. From that point, you may start optimizing assets one file at a time. After every change please view the front end. If something will look changed, unselect the last enabled option and continue to the next asset.

    I hope this helps!

    Cheers,
    Nastia

    Hi
    Thanks for the response.
After trying with /?avoid-minify=true still the website is loading with side paddings.
No change is there. I have read in previous threads that hummingbird asset optimization can lead to padding problems in css files.

This is not working. How can I move forward now. I have tried each and every settings possile. I already did reset settings before. I also tried safely uninstalling the plugin which also did not work. Also I did a fresh install of my theme but still the padding is there.

    What more can i do?

    Hello @saurabhgupta53

    I trust you’re doing well!

After trying with /?avoid-minify=true still the website is loading with side paddings.

Ths URL deactivates completely Asset Optimization. Once the Asset Optimization is deactivated it reverts all made changes back to the site’s original state.

Most likely the issue coming from elsewhere, please check your theme’s setting if there are any updates that have been made that could add this change.

Additionally, you may run a test for conflict with another plugin. Deactivate all plugins and see if the issue is gone, if not the issue is located within the theme.

If all is well, start activating one plugin at a time till the issue will be back again.

Please have a backup of your site before running this test, so in case if something will go wrong, you can always restore it.

    Kind regards,
    Nastia
