Can you please provide a link to your website? Is this happening in the admin area or on all of your website? Can you still log into your website?

We can’t access the admin area either. The same message appears when we try to access wwww.focusproimagery.com/wp-admin.
Can you access to your websites FTP (cpanel, enhanced cpanel, etc.)?

I cannot access. I cannot access the other web page http://www.corporateapparelsg.com too, which falls under the same host, Bluehost.
Than you should contact Bluehost about this. Maybe your website was deleted.

Hey. I think Bluehost was the initial avenue I contacted. Somehow I got this reply from WordPress. So who’s in-charge? Can you go figure out among yourselves instead of passing your customers around? We are lost. Please don’t make us run around in confusion again.

I thought your website was down. What are you talking about?
You need to go to bluehost.com to contact Bluehost. We are just volunteers helping out with WordPress support. WordPress does not run bluehost.com. To get help with Bluehost, you need to contact Bluehost.

Ok. Looks like I can’t find some official WordPress avenue which I can speak with. Pardon me for not knowing it is a forum of volunteers. Hope you understand my frustration.
