If you do not see any obvious errors and all works fine you do not have to worry about it.
Please check the version of the plugin you have installed, this issue was fixed in the 5.161.1 version. If you have an older version installed, please, update the plugin.
We’re using the latest version of your plugin.

Yes, we’ve installed the ‘fixed’ version of the plugin you’ve provided, but the issues persist. In addition, we’re getting notification of a version 5.161.1 update, dated 14th September, which seems older than the fix provided. What should we do?

All cases of the issue about the exclamation mark icon are now fixed.

The issue came back. We updated to the latest version, and the problem persisted. It seems we spoke too soon.
