1. Can you please try using a different WordPress theme? Perhaps, one of the standard ones? And see if it resolves the issue.
2. As I can see on the provided screenshots, your website is hosted locally (localhost). You should make it available on the Internet to use this feature.

We will add more details about this error message in the next update of the plugin. It should be available for download this weekend. Please install the update when it becomes available and try to reproduce this error again.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to add titles for the reviews. Our plugin doesn’t support review titles because they make submission of reviews more difficult (customers have to enter more information in more fields before a review can be submitted) and as a result this decreases the number of submitted reviews.
Can you please install version 3.25.1 of the plugin and try activating verified badges again? The plugin should display additional information along the error #98 that you received last time. Please let me know what error message will be this time.
