    Hi,

After moving the site to a new caching service (cloudflare), the viewing of charts (made by visualizer plugin) are now not working. We are using TablePress as our table and the charts are called using shortcodes inputted in the tablepress cells. We can’t seem to find the issue as this was working before. Also, when calling the charts shortcodes using classic editor, the charts are showing up so we think that there must be an issue with the Tablepress plugin. Thank you

    Hi,

thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

One reason here might be TablePress’ own caching. Please try turning that off by using the extended Shortcode

    [table id=10 cache_table_output=false /]

    on this page.

    Regards,
    Tobias

    Hi Tobias,

Thank you for your reply. I have replaced the shortcode with the above on the performance page but unfortunately, the issue on viewing the charts still persists.

    Hi,

unfortunately, I’m out of ideas here then. TablePress does not alter or influence other content in any way, so that I have no clue what’s going on here, sorry.

Now, I do see an error in the browser error console, about the JS file https://www.gstatic.com/charts/49/js/jsapi_compiled__module.js not existing (error 404), but I’m not sure if that’s related.

    Regards,
    Tobias
