Visitor & Users Online Count Problems

    Hey Greg! Some bad news. I had some visitors in past half of day (including myself), but it seems that plugin is not registering any of them. It even shows 0 online users all the time (unless this feature shows users that are logged into WordPress, but then it still should show myself, as Im logged in…?)
    Could you please take a look into that?

    No, I don’t think thats working. Also the IP of the visitor did not show at the visitors list, again.

    Did the exclusions go up when they visited?

    Perhaps they’re hitting your chat system without actually hitting your site first.

    Exclusions go up every minute Now its about 1000. Chat system alerts me whenever someone enters the website. It shows at what page they are from what page moved and so on.
