• This organisation is anything but transparent about its “free” trial process. I downloaded the plugin because I thought it might help with a site migration problem. It didn’t so I cancelled on the 7th day of usage. Little did I realise that after I had cancelled they took a payment for one month’s subscription with no notice. Maybe it will do the job you need but the trial process and how and when you get billed is not transparent – things like having to log into a separate billing portal to understand what the details of the billing process.

    Hi Adko,

I appreciate all reviews — good and bad, and in this case, bad. I’ve thoroughly reviewed this, and want to address a few items:

    • On 11/3, we sent an email titled “Make the Most of Your Infinite Uploads Trial” and says “Your 7-day free trial ends soon. If you’re enjoying Infinite Uploads, you don’t need to do anything. Your subscription will continue automatically.”
      • We thought this email is clear, but we will rewrite it to be extremely clear that they’ll be charged when the trial is up.
    • You are technically correct, you canceled, and then our payment processor Stripe charged you. This is our fault, but there was no mal-intent behind it, let me explain…
      • On Nov 4, your 7-day trial ended just before 10am and the first monthly invoice was created at 9:55 AM. You set your cancellation about 25 minutes later, and the payment on that invoice went through about 30 minutes after that.
      • With that being said, please contact our support team and we’ll get this sorted for you right away.

We apologize for inconvenience caused and hope you reconsider.
