Very overwhelming

The plugin looks great on the front end. But at the back end, it is just a bit overwhelming. You’ve got FAQ Groups and Categories. But what the difference may be is not easily found. To add a group, you don’t have the button in the upper right corner, like with posts or pages (or I must be overlooking it). Instead you need to navigate to another item in the side menu. This feels counterintuitive.
When building the FAQ you can add questions directly in the group. But you can also write questions and answers in a different section of the plugin.
Loved the way the questions are presented on the front end page. With a search bar that added just that little extra. But the back end just didn’t make any sense for me.
