We’ve fixed this issue. Click “Synchronize with Cloud” in the plugin settings, wait until the rotating icon disappears and refresh the page. If you still see a warning after that, please deactivate the CleanTalk plugin using the Complete Deactivation option:
WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Security by CleanTalk —> General Settings —> enable “Complete Deactivation” —> Save Changes.
Plugins —> Installed plugins —> Security by CleanTalk —> Deactivate and Activate
This option will reset all plugin settings. Don’t forget to insert your access key.

Thank you for your reply and information. I followed all of your steps 3 separate times, restarted my computer twice, logged in and out of my wordpress dashboard, and tried the same steps on a different browser (safari, I currently use google chrome). Even after following all of yours steps and resetting everything the ways I mentioned, I am still getting the same error.
Do you have any other suggestions?
