    I’m sorry it has taken me so long to upgrade this plugin and fix the issues it was having. Please upgrade to version 2.3, which should eliminate any difficulties you have with it.

    As no one has indicated any difficulties or problems in upgrading to version 2.3, I’m going to mark this thread resolved.
