Hi there, @lambiasesmm,
I checked your site and Jetpack account, and it looks like the best next step will be to uninstall and reinstall Jetpack to restore access to your site.
You can do this manually by removing the Jetpack plugin folder via FTP or SSH. The plugin is located in wp-content/plugins/jetpack.
This won’t affect your Jetpack settings, as they’re stored securely on our servers. If you need help with that, your hosting provider can often assist, or you can follow this guide: https://jetpack.com/support/deactivate-a-plugin-or-theme-without-wp-admin-access/#step-2-get-your-ftp-sftp-or-ssh-credentials
****
Once Jetpack is removed, here’s what to do next:
1. Log in to WP Admin.
2. Visit your user profile at: https://yourjetpack.blog/wp-admin/profile.php (replace yourjetpack.blog with your own domain)
3. Update the email field with your current email.
4. Set a new, strong password.
5. Click Update Profile to save the changes.
Then, reinstall Jetpack from the Plugins section and reconnect it to your WordPress.com account.
To help keep things secure, we also recommend re-enabling Account Protection:
1. In WP Admin, go to Jetpack → Settings.
2. Open the Security tab.
3. Scroll down to Account Protection.
4. Toggle on Protect your site with advanced password detection and profile management protection.
Please next time don’t share any email address or sensitive data in a public forum. I asked our moderators to redact that.
Let us know how you get on with this!
Hi there, @lambiasesmm,
Do you have updates about that, do you still need help? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
