VAT/Tax error

Hi. I have a big problem with my WooCommerce store. When i enter my products different prices on the site, it shows the prices without VAT/tax added to it on the store. When i then add a product to my basket, and go back to the storefront, all the prices have changed and then shows correctly with the VAT/tax added to the price. I have no idea what causes this issue. Im using the Astra theme with different plugins, but have tried both changing themes and disabling plugins. I have checked the i have set the price to be shown with VAT/tax and that i have set the setting so the prices are entered with TAX/vat.
I know that Woocommerce settings has the possibility to set how it should show tax, but i have already tried using different settings.

It’s possible another of your plugins or your theme may be conflicting with WooCommerce. You can read more about plugin and theme conflicts in our Self-Service Guide.
Here’s how you can figure out which one may be causing the problem:
Before you start
- First, please make sure you have a good backup in place of your full site and database. Most hosting companies have this included in the subscription, but you could also consider using a service like Jetpack. If something goes wrong, it’s nice to know that you can restore your site.
- Second, I would suggest to install a plugin called Health Check & Troubleshooting. This is a plugin developed by the WordPress community and it allows you to disable plugins without effecting your current site visitors.
How to test for conflicts
In order to test for conflicts using Health Check & Troubleshooting:- Go to Tools > Site Health > Troubleshooting.
- Select Enable Troubleshooting Mode. This will disable all your plugins and set your theme to a default one.
- Go to Plugins. There you can enable WooCommerce by selecting Enable While Troubleshooting.
- Try to reproduce the problem. If the problem is resolved, it’s clearly a conflict. Now we need to figure out which plugin is causing this conflict.
- If you can’t reproduce the problem with only WooCommerce enabled, go ahead and re-enable the other plugins one by one. Test after each one until the problem occurs again – this will tell you which plugin is conflicting.
- If you are unable to reproduce the problem with the rest of your plugins enabled it could be your theme causing the conflict. To test for this, please enable your original theme at your WordPress Dashboard in the Troubleshooting Mode section at the top (it will look similar to this: https://d.pr/i/bbvkLY). In the Troubleshooting window, you’ll be able to see a dropdown with available themes. Choose the one you normally use. Try reproducing the problem you’re experiencing. If you can reproduce it, your theme is the source of the conflict.
Once you’ve done that, please check out How to test for plugin and theme conflicts and follow the steps there. Please let us know how that goes.
Hi. I have now tried the list of possibilities you posted here.
With the health check plugin enabled, using just Twenty Seventeen and Woocommerce plugin, i still got the problem occuring. So i dont think its either my Astra theme or any other of the plugins. I tried different interactions with my Chrome browsers different saved cookies. I noticed that when i go back to the product page from my shopping basket and the prices are then corrected, i can get them back to the wrong state by deleting a local cookie called wordpress_logged_in_ – and the a lot of random numbers after the last dash. i dont know if this can bring us any closer to the error?

Thank you for trying the conflict test. I suppose it’s possible a caching system could be causing this. Do you have any sort of caching plugin or caching through your host? If so, you’ll want to ensure that the My Account, Cart, and Checkout pages are all excluded from being cached. You can read more about configuring caching with WooCommerce here.
I had the One.com perfomance cache Plugin, but after disabling it, it still doesnt work. Is there anyway i can get some Woo settings or something that i can share with you to try and get closer to a soloution?
