We have been discussing this by email already. Apart from the options I already gave you we don’t know of other options to achieve this.
What we discussed:
1. Tick the ‘exclude this product from feed’ option (part of the Elite plugin);
2. Create exclude rules based on productID or another common denominator (might be in your productname or another attribute).

2. About this point. How to use rules to exclude variants, there is not such rule and all products have differnt name.
Like I mentioned, when they have a common denominator or attribute you can filter them out, if not, than you could do so based on product ID. That however will only be worthwhile doing when you don’t have too much products to exclude.
