Hello. I am getting the following warning about my feed on facebook:

“51 items with 137 variants have incorrect variant details. Make sure that all variants of an item have the same attributes filled in and that each variant is unique.”

Can you please advise how we get this working?

  • Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

Facebook’s notification indicates you added variations to your feed but those variations do not have anything unique to them added in the feed. So make sure you add things like size, material, color, pattern to your feed….anything that makes the variations unique.

Thanks. I mapped the size attribute to it now. Surprising that it accepted it without that a few months back.

I think that should solve the issue at hand

Hello. I thought the issue was solved but now it appears not to be working again. I’ve tried adding in g:size value to my catalogue feed and then set this to “Attribue pa size” drop down and “mm” in my suffix column. But when I run the refresh feed these are not showing as values in the feed. No g:size added. please help.

Changes are you picked the wrong size attribute. Can you make sure to check the drop-downs on your field mapping page and see if there is another size attribute in it that you can use for mapping?

Thanks. I switch to use the one that just says “size”. I did a refresh of the feed but nothing new shows. I renamed the feed so I could see if that updated and the name did but no sizes added. I just see:

Oh sorry. I think you meant the value column? I switched that to “Size (Dynamic Attribute)” with a suffix and thats making a value now. I am now waiting to see if facebook accepts this change as it’s still showing a warning.

    Perfect, thanks for the heads-up
