I’m using CusRev mainly as an importer for customer reviews since Woodmart already has a built-in review system. While the imported reviews successfully reflect in Woodmart’s review data table, they aren’t being displayed in review tab. I had to use [cusrev_all_reviews] to get it to work. I checked that Woodmart reviews are enabled and the reviews are approved.

Hi,

Thanks for using CusRev.

It looks like the reviews feature is not enabled so the reviews section is not displayed on the product page. You can follow the solution below to enable reviews feature and recheck the issue.

Hi,

Did you check the Reviews option on the product editing page? Section “2. Enable Reviews in Product Settings” in the solution above.
