Using blocks in page templates

This looks like a great plugin for adding common blocks of content into a website.

Is there a way I can add these blocks into the theme page templates rather than on individual pages? I’m not a php coder so I wouldn’t know how to call the block. If this is possible the plugin would be perfect for what I need.
